Selects the maximum amount of time that the radio waits to transmit once the first qualified Frame Sync Sequence (FSS) has been received indicating that the channel is clear. The radio randomly checks channel access status based on this maximum wait time. This selection applies when in Common Air Interface (CAI) operation for all Trunking Systems and Trunking Personalities. Time is in milliseconds (ms).
